This blog is a creative outlet to document a wide variety of things. Mostly stuff I haven’t had a chance to really focus on or communicate about outside of this. Additional to allowing me to write often and about a range of things, it’s meant to give a bit of purpose and direction when I feel like there isn’t any until you make one for yourself.

My name is Sam. I’m honestly still working out what my leading traits should be when it’s not on a resume. This will likely change and evolve but that’s the whole point! Fun facts do include:
- Can speak Spanish, French, and enough Italian to survive a vacation
- Enjoys classical music and has played in an orchestra before (COVID style but whatever it counts)
- Cried trying to solo on a trumpet in jazz
- Graduated with a chemical engineering degree
- Likes to travel and coming home
